Several months had passed and I still haven’t gotten around meal prepping for my and the hubs’ lunches. Right now, I prepare them the night before. I wanted it to be a complete and healthy meal that I have pre-packed for the week so that all we need to do is pick-up the box, heat the food and voila!
Looking at this veggie cups, I am reminded to give meal prepping a go for a week to see if it will be manageable. As it is, I spend hours already in the kitchen everyday cooking and baking!
